Committees 

This committee works to build strong relationships between the club and the Harlem community. Members connect with residents, community organizations, and local leaders to ensure the club remains engaged, responsive, and visible throughout the neighborhood.

This committee is dedicated to inspiring and preparing the next generation of leaders. Through mentorship, educational programs, and youth-focused initiatives, the committee encourages young people to learn about leadership, civic responsibility, and the importance of community involvement.

The Membership & Volunteer Committee focuses on growing and supporting the club’s membership. The committee welcomes new members, coordinates volunteer opportunities, and helps ensure everyone who joins the club has meaningful ways to get involved.

​This committee is responsible for planning and organizing the club’s events and programs. From town halls and panel discussions to community service projects and educational forums, the committee creates opportunities that bring people together and promote civic engagement.

​The Communications & Media Committee manages the club’s public messaging and digital presence. This includes maintaining the website, managing social media platforms, distributing newsletters, and sharing updates to keep the community informed about the club’s work and initiatives.

​This committee promotes civic participation and community advocacy. Members help organize voter education initiatives, candidate forums, and policy discussions that encourage residents to stay informed and active in the democratic process.

​The Fundraising & Development Committee supports the club’s long-term sustainability by organizing fundraising initiatives and building partnerships with supporters and community stakeholders. Their work helps provide the resources needed to support programs, events, and community outreach.
